Welcome to our Privacy Policy. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.
We may collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, and contact details you provide when registering or contacting us.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited and time spent.
- Device Information: Details about the device you use to access our services, such as IP address, browser type, and operating system.
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our services
- To notify you about changes to our services
- To provide customer support
- To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our services
- To monitor the usage of our services
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, provide services on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our services are used.
Our application offers an optional Gmail integration feature that allows you to send and receive emails directly within CreatiVault. When you choose to connect your Gmail account, the following applies:
- Gmail Messages: We access your Gmail inbox and sent messages to display them within our platform. This includes message content, subject lines, sender/recipient addresses, and timestamps.
- Email Sending: We use your Gmail account to send emails on your behalf when you compose or reply to messages through our platform.
- Account Information: We access your Google account email address to identify your connected account.
- Gmail data is used solely to provide the email communication features within CreatiVault.
- We do not use Gmail data for advertising, market research, or any purpose unrelated to the core email functionality.
- We do not sell, share, or transfer Gmail data to any third parties, except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., Google's own APIs).
- OAuth tokens (access tokens and refresh tokens) are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database.
- We do not store the full content of your Gmail messages on our servers. Messages are fetched in real-time from the Gmail API when you view them.
- Access tokens are automatically refreshed before expiration and are never exposed to client-side code.
- You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time through the Gmail settings page in CreatiVault.
- When you disconnect, we revoke the OAuth token with Google and permanently delete all stored token data from our database.
- You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page.
Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We retain your Google user data (including OAuth authentication tokens, email addresses, and synced email metadata) only for as long as your CreatiVault account is active and the Google integration remains connected. We strictly hold this data to provide our core influencer outreach services and do not retain it longer than necessary.
You have full control over your Google user data and can request its deletion at any time. You can achieve this by:
- Disconnecting your Gmail account within the CreatiVault dashboard.
- Deleting your CreatiVault account entirely.
- Revoking CreatiVault's access directly from your Google Account Security settings.
Upon unlinking your account or requesting deletion, all associated Google user data, authentication tokens, and cached communications will be permanently removed from our active servers.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
